Trainer is required to manage interpersonal relations within the classroom and be aware of coaching skills at a deep psychological level. Equipped with these, trainers will be able to develop productive training programs through their career.

Training of Trainers (TOT) by MSA - Continuance Learning Center provides practical guidance, knowledge, and skills to design and deliver effective training programs.

This program is launched to assist trainers in motivating their participants to learn and imparts trainers with various delivery forms that they can adopt to engage the learners with training content more effectively.

Training of Trainers (TOT) focused on real time application to develop professionalism in all aspects of training design and delivery. You will benefit from a systematic process that will enable you to gain hands-on experience, demonstrate your capability and prove it through delivering a live training of your own design in front of a live audience thus reflecting all the learning established during the program.

The main goal of this program is preparing a new generation of trainers who are aware of the basic competencies of trainers and learning fundamentals, and can manage and facilitate training using progressive techniques and technological tools.

Obtaining the TOT may qualify participants to work as part-time trainers at the MSA - Continuance Learning Center , in addition to other requirements, qualifications, and experience.

All material, handouts and reference books used in this program are designed, developed and accredited by MSA - Continuance Learning Center & HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) the premier credentialing organization for the human resource profession, to keep you updated with most recent knowledge in the training industry.
