An immersive 5-day boot camp designed to empower and inspire young individuals to become exceptional leaders of the future.
This camp aims to provide a transformative experience by equipping juniors and teens with essential leadership skills, fostering values such as fairness, responsibility, and adaptability, and igniting their motivation to make a positive impact on their teams and communities.

Day 1: Collaboration and Teamwork

- Sharing stories of influential leaders who promoted fairness

Day 3: Responsibility and Adaptability as Values

Day 5: Movie Time and Leadership Reflection
- Movie Time featuring a film about a great leader
- Post-movie discussion on the leadership qualities and lessons depicted in the film
- Individual reflection time for participants to write about their own leadership journey and future goals
- Fun team-building games like "Leadership Trivia" or "Leadership Pictionary"
- Closing ceremony, certificate distribution, and celebration
