An immersive 5-day boot camp designed to empower and inspire young individuals to become exceptional leaders of the future.
This camp aims to provide a transformative experience by equipping juniors and teens with essential leadership skills, fostering values such as fairness, responsibility, and adaptability, and igniting their motivation to make a positive impact on their teams and communities.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Day 5: Movie Time and Leadership Reflection

  • Movie Time featuring a film about a great leader
  • Post-movie discussion on the leadership qualities and lessons depicted in the film
  • Individual reflection time for participants to write about their own leadership journey and future goals
  • Fun team-building games like "Leadership Trivia" or "Leadership Pictionary"
  • Closing ceremony, certificate distribution, and celebration
