For the best experience and optimum benefit, please carefully review and follow the below policies.

Dress Code

Campers should wear comfortable clothes to perform activities with ease. Recommended attire includes jeans, pants, T-shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, and comfy shoes. Shorts, sleeveless tops, and flip-flops are not preferred. Skirts are not recommended due to physical activities.

Food and Beverages

Campers should bring their own healthy meals and drinks daily. Remember to pack a lunch box and a bottle of water.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive learning experience, participants must follow these rules:

• No violent or verbal harassment against campers, parents, or staff.
• No damaging property.
• No acts of disrespect against staff, campers, or parents.
• Campers must have permission to leave during camp hours.
• Keep valuables at home and do not leave belongings unattended.

What to Bring, What Not to Bring

Campers should bring:

• Sandwiches, drinks, and bottled water.
• Sunscreen.
• A hat for outdoor activities.

Attendance

We expect participants to be present during the whole camp days to ensure maximum benefit. However, in case of absence or tardiness, kindly notify us through:  clc@msa.edu.eg  or whatsapp number 01272803847

Certification

Minimum percentage of attendance for the camp is 80% to be eligible to get the camp certificate which would be delivered during the event closing on the last day as a certificate of completion.

Refund Policy

If a camper needs to withdraw from the camp, the following refund policy applies:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the camp start date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the camp start date.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the camp start date or after the camp has started.
• All refund requests must be made in writing to clc@msa.edu.eg
