As an Operations and Training Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operations of our Continuance Learning Center and assisting in coordinating various training activities.

As an Operations and Training Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operations of our Continuance Learning Center and assisting in coordinating various training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and materials, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of programs.
- Build positive relationships with trainers and employees, provide excellent customer service, and maintain an updated curriculum database and training facilities.
- Monitor compliance and engagement, generate reports to evaluate training effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, manage resources, and maintain financial records to deliver high-quality, cost-effective training programs that meet the organization's requirements.
