Dear Valued Participant,

Thank you for choosing to join our Professional Certificate program. We hope this will be a fruitful and enjoyable learning experience, adding valuable hands-on experience to your professional career. To ensure a smooth process, please carefully review the instructions below.

Venue and Date:

The program will take place at MSA University, October Campus, Continuance Learning Center.

Prior Attendance Requirement:

To ensure your learning objectives align with the program content, please fill out the expectations form sent to your email. This should be completed no later than two weeks before the program starts.

Attendance:

We expect participants to be present throughout the entire program to ensure maximum benefit. In case of absence or tardiness, please notify us at clc@msa.edu.eg or via WhatsApp at 01272803847 by sending an Email with "Program Name + Absence Request" in the subject line. In the body of the message, include your Name, Program Name, and Reason for absence or tardiness.

Certification:

To be eligible for a training certificate, participants must attend at least 80% of the program. 

Upon meeting the following conditions, a certificate of Completion will be awarded:

• Completing the graduation project (presentation and assessment).
• Completing the program evaluation form, which will be available online at the end of the program.
• Filling out the critical reflection form, available online within three months after the event, detailing the impact of this learning experience.

Refund Policy:

Participants are eligible for a full refund in case of program cancellation or changes in date or venue due to force majeure.

If a participant needs to withdraw from the program, the following refund policy applies:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the program start date.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the program start date or after the program has started.

All refund requests must be made in writing to clc@msa.edu.eg with proof of payment.

Safety and Security:

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas and is strictly prohibited inside the session premises.
• Please do not leave your belongings unattended.
• In case of any asset loss or damage, notify the operations team immediately.
• Participants are responsible for any damage to or loss of center property.
• In the event of a fire alarm, please evacuate immediately using the emergency exits available in each session room.
