Technical Requirements

• Device: Laptop/PC/Tablet with webcam and microphone

• Operating System: Windows/Mac/

• Internet: Stable internet connection (min. 1 Mbps)

• Browser: Latest version of Google Chrome

Certification

To qualify for a certificate:

• Attend at least 80% of online sessions.

• Complete the graduation project (presentation and assessment).

• Fill out the program evaluation form.

Refund Policy

• Full refund: Program cancellation or date/venue changes due to force majeure.

• Withdrawal refunds:

• 100% refund (7+ days before start date)

• 50% refund (3-6 days before start date)

• No refund (<3 days before start or after program starts)

• No refund will be issued for attendance below 80% of online sessions

• Email refund requests to clc@msa.edu.eg with proof of payment.

Attendance and Participation

• Join Early: Log in 15 minutes before the session to test your setup and ensure a smooth experience.

• Microphone & Screen Sharing: Your mic and screen sharing will be disabled unless requested by the facilitator to minimize disruptions. However, expect a highly interactive session!

• Stable Internet Connection: Test your internet connection before the session and avoid activities like streaming or downloading large files during the training.

• Camera On: Keep your camera on, especially during icebreakers and discussions, to enhance engagement and interaction.

• Use a PC: A PC or laptop is recommended for the Zoom meeting, as it makes participation in interactive activities much easier.

• Mobile Device: Keep your mobile phone nearby, as it will be needed for some exercises.

• Notebook & Pen: Have a notebook and pen ready for notes, key takeaways, and reflections.
